Hi, I'm Viola

I offer yoga therapy and trauma-informed guidance

to support you in reconnecting with your body,

yourself, and your healing process.

My work is gentle, personalised,

and grounded in meeting you where you are.

My journey

My own healing journey began after years of pushing through stress, burnout, and disconnection from my body. During my early career in the media industry, I often worked around the clock and didn’t yet understand how deeply my body was communicating with me. Over time, this disconnect led me into a long process of healing, therapy, trauma processing, and learning how to listen inwardly again.

Yoga, meditation, time in nature, and trauma-informed practices became important parts of that journey. A yoga teacher training in India helped me begin to reconnect with myself in a new way, and long-distance hiking later deepened my relationship with nature, simplicity, resilience, and trust.

My approach

Today, these experiences inform the way I work: gently, respectfully, and with attention to the body’s wisdom. I bring together yoga therapy, movement, breath, meditation, and trauma-informed approaches to support people in finding more ease, self-trust, and connection.

Nature as my teacher

Nature continues to be one of my greatest teachers. It reminds me to move with the seasons, to listen more deeply, and to remember that healing does not have to be forced — it can unfold step by step.
